Copper Lane is the client application provided by Sean Inglis, trading as Copper Lane. Agency OS, the client web portal and the mobile app connect to the same business workspace. Access is for existing, authorised client accounts.
Make time for customers
See appointments and connect a Google calendar for bookings and busy time. Set your own booking hours, notice and buffers. Automatic call booking is available when enabled for your account and its calendar connection is ready.
Understand your website
View the website reports Copper Lane has connected to your account. Google Analytics and Search Console reporting helps show visits, enquiries and search performance.

Available features depend on your business account, permissions and provider setup. Signing in with Google does not connect other Google services.
Google Calendar
An account administrator can choose a writable calendar. Copper Lane reads busy times and synchronises its appointments with that calendar. Booking checks use availability without exposing private event details to visitors.
Google Analytics and Search Console
Copper Lane administrators connect reporting and map authorised properties to the correct client workspace. These connections read reports; they do not change your Google reporting settings.
Google Business Profile
Where provider access is available, connect a business location to view its reviews and manage replies. Review posting and public website displays require their own account settings.
