I am Sean, and Copper Lane is my agency. We are in Ampleforth, in the Howardian Hills, building websites and running local SEO for small businesses across Yorkshire. I lead every project myself and I stay your point of contact, so you are never handed to an account manager or left talking to someone who was not in the first conversation.
Twelve years of building sites for plumbers, electricians, cleaners, joiners and shops has taught me the job is the same every time: explain the business clearly, work properly on a phone, and make it easy for a customer to get in touch.

The design and build is a one-off £1,200. After launch, the site runs on Growth at £199/month or Local Pro at £299/month, depending on how much ongoing SEO and content work you want.
Do I deal with Sean directly?
Yes. Sean leads every project and stays your point of contact from planning and build through launch and ongoing care. You are not passed to an account manager.
Is this only for North Yorkshire businesses?
No. North Yorkshire is home base, but we work with small businesses across the UK when the fit is right.
Can you help if I already have a website?
Yes. I can review what you have, explain what is holding it back, and tell you honestly whether it needs a rebuild, a tidy-up, or more visibility work.
Will you guarantee rankings?
No. Nobody can promise Google positions honestly. I can build the technical, content and local-search foundations properly, then keep improving them month by month.
